Integrity Accounting opened its doors in 2010 and our mission has been to assist our clients in building and managing their wealth by providing accounting services with integrity.

Marvin Woolwine
Founder & President
Founder of Integrity Accounting in 2010 after graduating from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting with a Certificate of Advance Accountancy.
Marvin’s greatest earthly blessings are his wife Marissa and their four children.
Aron Rainwater
Accounting Manager
Aron Rainwater grew up in Lafayette, Indiana, and studied Professional Writing and Communications at Purdue University. Since joining Integrity Accounting in 2018, he has been dedicated to providing personalized service, helping clients build systems that bring clarity and efficiency to their finances. With a background in the insurance and restaurant industries, Aron brings both practical experience and a people-first approach to every client relationship.
Wendy Augenstein
Accounting Manager
Wendy Augenstein has lived in the Lafayette area for over 20 years. She earned science and education degrees from Purdue, and then worked as a science teacher, stay-at-home mom, and personal trainer. In 2021, Wendy decided to pursue an accounting degree from Ivy Tech and follow in her parent’s footsteps in the accounting field. She joined Integrity Accounting in 2022 as an accounting manager. Wendy enjoys focusing on details and digging into complicated calculations, which provides clients with excellent and accurate accounting services. In her free time, Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband, two kids, and two dogs.
Joshua Porch
Accounting Manager
Joshua Porch, the youngest of 6 kids, grew up in Anderson, Indiana, before moving to the Greater Lafayette area to atten Purdue University. He graduated in 2018 with a bachelors in Electrical & Computer Engineering Technology and Interpersonal Communication. Joshua has a passion for finance, learning, and teaching others. He enjoys long-term strategic thinking and taking advantage of immediate opportunities to reap continual long-term rewards.
Melissa martins
Accounting Manager
Melissa Martins has resided in the Lafayette area for the past ten years, originally from southern Indiana. She earned a degree from Purdue University in 2004 studying Landscape Horticulture & Design. In her earlier years she was a Garden Center Manager, handling the back-office management for the firm. This sparked an interest in bookkeeping and business operations. Melissa has a background in real estate investing and a passion for personal finances. Her favorite part of her job is helping business owners grow and succeed. By providing an accurate picture of the financial health of a business, clients can make sound decisions on a successful path forward.
Joe Dean, Jr
Accounting Manager
Joe Dean Jr. has been part of the West Lafayette community since 2010 and brings a wealth of experience in management, accounting, and compliance to Integrity Accounting. A two-time Purdue graduate with an MBA from the University of Southern Indiana, Joe has worked as both a manufacturing supervisor and a state field examiner, giving him a broad perspective on business operations. As the father of six, he understands the importance of balancing budgets and planning ahead, and he brings that same steady, relationship-focused approach to helping clients grow and thrive. At Integrity, Joe’s favorite part of the job is building relationships with clients and helping their businesses grow and thrive.
Zion King
Accounting Associate
Zion King has been part of the Lafayette community for more than a decade and was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. The second oldest of four children, he is a devoted husband who takes pride in providing for his family and values long-term financial stability. A former athlete, Zion brings a strong sense of teamwork, a passion for helping others, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with numbers.
Jennifer Sickels
Accounting Associate
Jennifer grew up in the Lafayette, Indiana area and joined Integrity Accounting in 2022 after spending 15 years with a tax preparation service. She supports clients with payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable, and takes pride in delivering reliable service tailored to each business’s needs.
Jennifer has also been active in nonprofit work, including the Inflammatory Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Jubilee Christmas, and Relay for Life. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, scrapbooking, and spending time outdoors in Michigan.
Amelia Kirkeby
Accounting Associate
Amelia Kirkeby has lived in the Lafayette area for most of her life and has always been driven by a passion for helping others. She began her career as a personal banker in 2019, where she discovered that her interest in finance and numbers could evolve into a meaningful, long-term profession, ultimately leading her to Integrity Accounting.
As a single mother to her daughter, Amelia understands the importance of building a stable and thriving financial future. She takes pride in supporting the financial well-being of others and helping families achieve lasting security and success.
Will Mandeville
Accounting Associate
Will Mandeville grew up in Attica, Indiana and has been a part of the Integrity Accounting team since 2022. Will enjoys working closely with clients to help them achieve their goals and long-term success. Outside of work, Will enjoys helping at church, and riding motorcycles.
Joe Meyer
Accounting Associate
Joe spent the first 43 years of his life in Colorado and brings a broad range of experience from multiple careers. His background includes 20 years with the Colorado Department of Corrections, several years as a welder, experience as a restaurant manager, and most recently, owning and operating his own business. Each role has strengthened his ability to support the success of the companies he works with.
At Integrity, Joe is a highly productive accounting associate who keeps company books accurate, organized, and up to date.
Outside of work, Joe is a devoted husband and father of three high-achieving students. He enjoys snowboarding, mountain activities, firearms and self-defense training, and never misses a Denver Broncos game.
